Doing the 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge

The holidays are coming up and I am in a panic. You see I have been watching what I eat for months now trying to lose weight. I swear once we hit 35 it all does downhill when it comes to losing weight on our own easily. I mean I shed baby weight faster than I can shed 30 lbs.

So I decided I need help, especially now with all the great authentic Italian foods that will be wall to wall this coming Christmas. So I decided to apply to 90 Creative Bioscience Challenge, I will get a 90 day supply of my choice. I have decided on the hCG 1234 because its more geared to more calorie choices and its designed for a more rapid weight loss. The hCG diet also does not require exercise, which I find as an added bonus even though I am trying to have a more active life style.

I will be updating our readers on my progress and let you know if I am having any struggles with anything and what seems to work best for me. I am looking forward to this challenge because Creative Bioscience has recommendations by The Doctors and Dr. Oz.

We know finding companies that are blogger friendly is not always the easiest things to do. I have spent countless hours searching the internet trying to find companies that are blogger friendly. When we say blogger friendly we mean companies who are willing to work with bloggers in reviewing their products in exchange for blog posts.

A lot of these are groups you can join that the PR parts of the companies contact looking for bloggers.
