 Sandy’s Crazy Dogs

When life gets crazy and the kids are driving me nuts I can always count of my Crazy dogs to make me smile and laugh. Sometimes I am not sure if it is because they think they are human or just because they know I need a good laugh.  Jake and Jewels were gotten from a family who was fostering them for a shelter. And Butterscotch was on his way to the pound.

This is Jewels. She believes she is human. She sits like a person, has her own pillow in bed, and can eat off of silverware. She also thinks she is the size of a lap dog. She will lick you to death and is able to smother you with her tongue until you are gasping for air. And she doesn’t take no for an answer. And yes, she is sitting on the back of the couch demanding attention.

This is Jake. He is much more mild mannered than his sister. He is a sweet heart who loves his momma. He will lay by the door and cry when I am not home, or so I am told. He has really long legs and jumps around like a Kangaroo. He is also scared of everything. Nerf guns and bubble wrap will send him cowering under may desk shaking like he is having a seizure.

And this is Butterscotch. He already had that name when we got him. We call him Pork Chop. He is a Shetland Sheep dog who was on his way to the pound because he liked to chew his previous owners Sleep Apnea masks. He is a great dog that loves kids, more than adults. He follows my 11-year-old son everywhere as long as Nick is out side I never have to worry about him.  He is a barker though.
